Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Please check individual items for details.
Orders containing both ready to send and made-to-order items will be packed and shipped together after all made-to-order items are ready unless agreed otherwise. 
If you would like to receive your order by a specific date, please e-mail us on info@cherryblossomprops.com before you place the order.

Shipping
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them:
Australia: 14-30 business days
Canada: 14-30 business days
United Kingdom: 1-7 business days
North America: 7-21 business days
Europe: 5-14 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 14-30 business days
Asia Pacific: 14-30 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 14-30 business days
North Africa and the Middle East: 14-30 business days
Sub-Saharan Africa: 14-30 business days

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We can not be held responsible for delays due to customs.

Reshipment
If a package is not able to be delivered due to an inaccurate shipping address provided by the buyer, or if a package is unclaimed by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.

Returns and exchanges
We take great pride in our products and thoroughly inspect each item before it is shipped. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us by e-mail info@cherryblossomprops.com within 14 days of your order being received for an exchange or a refund. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer (with the exception of faulty goods).
Custom made items cannot be exchanged or refunded for.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
