All items sold by Cherry Blossom Props are intended for professional photography prop use only. These items are not for everyday use in terms of durability or safety. Most items contain small decorative elements that are only suitable for short term directly supervised by adult use. Do not allow babies or children to put the props or headbands in their mouth. Do not leave babies and children unattended while wearing/using our props. By completing your purchase, you agree to release Cherry Blossom Props and Jurgita Dambrauskaite-Kausiliene from any direct or indirect liability associated with these items incorrect use.
The Information I Collect:
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, photos and the details of the product that you’re ordering.
Why We Need Your Information and How We Use It:
We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
*As needed to provide our services, such as when we use your information to fulfill your order or to provide customer support;
*if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law;
*By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

Information about our customers is important to our business. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Please check individual items for details.
Orders containing both ready to send and made-to-order items will be packed and shipped together after all made-to-order items are ready unless agreed otherwise.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
If a package is not able to be delivered due to an inaccurate shipping address provided by the buyer, or if a package is unclaimed by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We take great pride in our products and thoroughly inspect each item before it is shipped. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us by e-mail email@example.com within 14 days of your order being received for an exchange or a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer (with the exception of faulty goods).
Custom made items cannot be exchanged or refunded for.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
